Mr. Rentrop can provide a comprehensive perspective to the development of land in Michigan. He has represented developers, municipalities and individual residents on matters including development agreements, master deeds, easements, and drainage and water agreements. Mr. Rentrop represents municipalities in Michigan courts on zoning enforcement actions and criminal misdemeanors and has in depth knowledge of motor carrier regulation. He regularly appears in both circuit and district courts for trials and motions. In addition, Mr. Rentrop has assisted clients in a wide range of estate administration issues including litigation, creditor settlement and account reconciliation.
