Barry D. Malone enjoys assisting property owners, whether they are individuals, governments, businesses, organizations, or condominium and homeowners associations, in all manner of issues related to the ownership, use, and development of land. He is also experienced in constitutional law and civil rights, particularly freedom of speech issues. He frequently researches and writes, as well as gives presentations, on developments in municipal law, land use, and constitutional law. His research and writing have been effectively used in trial and appellate level briefs and pleadings. In addition, he serves in several civic organizations while volunteering weekly with an area animal rescue and tutoring in the Pontiac schools.
